While the Board of Directors gives suggestions and serves as an   advisory group, all decisions are ultimately made by Father Anil Kumar Marneni.

Jesus Given Ministries Foundation was established because the diocese and bishop do not allow priests to make requests for funds in any way.

The board traditionally meets four times per year. Most meetings are held via email or conference call as board members are located across the country. Since most of the board members have full-time jobs, Sheila does most of the day-to-day work.
